Сommunication Best Strategy/Plan you bought here for medium-term investment (~ 1 year))

Hi,
I would like to know your experience in the strategy/plan you have bought here and tested yourself to be
a good and profitable strategy for getting a consistent and respectable profit (<=8-10%) over medium term (~12-18 months) for medium-size accounts ($25-40k). Probably requiring less daily oversight but with tight risk control and position sizing.

Would be interested in strategies investing in etfs and stocks.
