Request forex recovery bot 2.3

Finally, version 2.3 is available now.

[General] - We completed a major overhaul of the code base for better performance and optimization (more than 4,000 lines of code!)

[New Feature] - Added the ability to enter recovery mode based on account floating loss.
[New Feature] - Added the ability for the bot to use manual hedge orders placed before the bot is started.
[New Feature] - Added "Smart closure" feature which allows the bot to use profitable orders during the recovery process to speed up recovery, when possible.
[New Feature] - Added "fail safe" feature; in the event that bad settings are used the bot will stop itself before damaging the account

[Optimization] - Forex Recovery Bot can now be used at the same time as other EAs and trading without interference.

[Bug Fix] - "lots left to recover" would disappear if the MT4/MT5 was restarted during the recovery process. This is fixed.
[Bug Fix] - Order comments still had the word "hedge" or "grid" visible. This is now fixed, and comments are fully customizable
[Bug Fix] - Fixed an issue with "close profitable orders at recovery start"
[Bug Fix] - Fixed a problem which resulted in the bot opening and closing order rapidly
[Bug Fix] - Fixed a problem which resulted in the bot no longer opening new recovery trades
[Bug Fix} - Fixed an issue which resulted in new hedge trades not opening if the bot previously ran on the account
