    RSI_Bands_WPR_system_arrow

    Arrow indicator for binary options, without redrawing.
    Based on RSI, Bollinger Bands, WPR indicators

    Algorithm: RSI (3) is imposed Ballinger (7,1,1)
    Signals: simultaneous output for RSI, Bollinger bands, and the output of the WPR in the overbought / oversold.
