Yeah, it is profitable as long as the swap is not negative and not on either Wednesday or Fridays. Because swaps triple on these days on most brokers. As I indicated earlier, the key to this bot is managing risk. Even if you choose to use 0.2 lot instead of 1 lot as seen in the myfxbook account, you will still be profitable in the long term. You make at least 20% of the profits however you risks will be lowered by 80%.

The problem i am seeing is that the Bot does very few trades and also, how much risk he is using? 10%?

 

Totally agree but as i see in the mql5 signal, the maxium drawdown was 10% i think its very reasonable.

 

On one of them shown on myfxbook, the drawdown was 50% but that was based on a high risk setting of committing more than 10% per trade. I think hat drawdown happened in April 2023 or thereabout. I think it is better to set it risk to 1% per trade and the system will still be profitable. Making 10% of the profits shown in myfxbook is still good money. That way, you reduce your risk also by 90% and still be making money consistently. Ultimately, the quantum speed is the best. And that should be the one we aim to get.

many people have lost thousands of dollars, some people even 10k dollars with Gold Veritas in that night.
