I think you have to think with your board a new way to run all of this. 95% of new thread are glued to unpaid , if you want your business alive , you have to incentive and do some change.

People are fed up to pay , and wait maybe 3 month later to get the product. You could implent a thing like we can pay but if we wait too long , we get refunded. People will ask refund of course before completed , but much much much more people will pay upfront , because they know they can be refund instantly if things are going bad.

 

Im honest , Im highly interested in ORS , but what s the point to pay ? Maybe ill get the product like SR countertrend in 6 month ?

 

Im 100% sure this thing is compelted in few hours , if we have the ability to handle our upfront payment like we want , at anytime. Trust people and you will see project will be completed in no time

 

I think they should have the participants pay when they join. Not in 2 stages... this does not make sense.
And then if not enough people after some time, refund or transfer funds like you mention.
I see the same in many threads. People joining and not paying...

And the rules state that all should pay within 5 days...



Could be another way of doing it: keep 2 stages, but kick out after 2 of 3 warnings of not paying within the 5 days... That will keep people committed.
Currently nobody cares if no one is paying.

Admin dont put Time limit , so it s more money for them. If there IS a Time limit , one or two they wouldnt do money

I imagine that if you have it you are not participating in this purchase

 

@Admin, consider changing your participation rules, aleast 50% deposit required and if folks do not pay within 1 week of Fundraising, they lose those funds. (but can still join the buy at full price)
1. You will have a higher profit factor from members losing their funds
2. You will have quicker turnover and buys of products, and less managing of CBs where members are asking to transfer funds from one project to the next.

This service is great, but the waiting period takes away from something that has the potential to be amazing.

With that being said, if the following committed members could please pay the fee.
